Reasonably large and cheap room, I appreciated the hotel!

All in all, it was best base for traveling to Amarillo. The hotel had a central location in a residential neighborhood. What's more, it was so close to still close enough to good eateries, a restaurant and Airport.

The hotel rooms are great-sized and brand-new with a clean bathroom, soap plus the tub. The staff are really helpful and the location is comfy and easy in a residential neighborhood.

Property is nice, clean pool, cheap rooms. The setting is convenient and magnificent, just off central and downtown as well as still close enough to good eateries. Also, I reached Benton Park, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, treating each guest with courtesy. The new management was eager to assist and offered me a great deal for future stays. The manager, Synthia, was especially helpful and shared their goals of rehabbing the property while keeping prices reasonable. I appreciated their commitment to improving the facility and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the area.

Second worst motel I ever stayed at.Lots of hair in the bed.Toenail clippings on the carpet.Very dirty looking towels.Toilet not bolted to floor properly and room didn't smell clean or fresh .

I just needed a place to stay the night, nothing fancy and a good price. I got what I needed. The lady at the front desk was accomdating and helpful.

It is not a run down place, but maybe a little sprucing up would help out alot, just more modern decore and style of the front of the hotel and better illumination would attract more guests I think. At night you hardly know its open for business compared to neighboring competitors.

Comfy and easy position, I liked staying in this place.
